SABOT ZAMBIA LIMITEDWe are the most trusted cross border haulier in Southern Africa, always enabling our customers' success by delivering superior service through the cost-effective, reliable, safe and efficient movement of cargo and creating value through operating efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives.Sabot Zambia Limited is hereby inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the underlisted vacant positions: 1.     TYRES CLERK  x  1  (Location - Kitwe)Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure Tyres and casings are tracked daily and timeously through the Tyre management system.Complete the daily stock report and submit to the Tyre supervisor.Conduct detailed Tyre inspection and maintain all Tyre records.Track Tyre inventory using Tyre tracking system and inventory systemIssue Tyres to vehicles as needed.Produce Tyre weekly report and submit to the Tyre supervisor.Carry out any other duties which may be assigned.Scrap Tyres in the Tyres managements system. Qualifications and ExperienceCertificate or Diploma in records management/Chartered Institute of Logistics in TransportAdvanced hands-on Microsoft officeExperience in handling Fleet management and Tyres tracking, an added advantageTraceable experience in busy transport workshop  2.    GATE CHECKER x 1  (Location- Kitwe) Main ResponsibilitiesConduct daily stock check on equipment in the Depot, tarpaulin numbers, serial chain binders, and corner platesConduct truck handover and takeover.Conduct inspection to check validity of fire extinguishers, damages, missing equipment cracked screens and lights before dispatching vehicles.Manage all licenses, permits insurance and ensure they are valid before departure Prepare of daily, weekly and monthly and equipment summary reportsPerform any other duties assigned by superiorsQualifications and ExperienceMinimum, Grade 12 (Full Secondary School) CertificateCertificate/Diploma in Chartered Institute of Logistics in TransportComputer literate with minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy operation3.    TARPER x 1 (Location- Kitwe) Main ResponsibilitiesClean/washing of  Tarpaulins,Mending of TarpaulinsWashing of trucks and small company vehiclesCleaning the Depot surroundingsPerform any other duties assigned by superiors Qualifications and ExperienceGrade 9 or Grade 12 Certificate, able to write and read properlyAt least 3 years’ experience in general work and housekeepingExperience in management and upkeep of fleet equipmentEnergetic, organized and flexible to working hours  Applicants who meet the above qualifications are encouraged to submit application letters plus detailed Curriculum Vitae in one PDF document to: recruitment.zambia@sabot-group.com, addressed to the Human Resources Manager, Sabot Zambia Limited, Plot 4064, Forest Road, Martindale, KITWE before 20th April 2026.
