Kwelan is a fast-growing, youth-driven mobility platform transforming the way people rent cars in Zambia. As Zambia’s leading peer-to-peer car sharing marketplace, Kwelan connects vehicle owners with renters through a simple and innovative digital platform.We are looking for a tech-savvy, highly organized, and creative Marketing & Customer Care Coordinator to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for a young professional who is eager to grow within a dynamic startup environment and contribute to building a strong brand presence while delivering excellent customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day customer support and digital communication with clients across email, social media, and messaging platformsEnsure timely, professional, and solution-focused responses to customer inquiries and service requestsPlan, design, and schedule engaging social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTokCreate marketing graphics, digital artwork, and promotional materials using Canva, CapCut, or similar design toolsSupport marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, customer acquisition, and online engagementAssist in maintaining the company’s digital presence and brand consistency across platformsWork closely with management to implement marketing strategies and promotional initiativesRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related fieldDemonstrated experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketingA portfolio or examples of previous creative work (graphics, posts, videos, etc.)Strong digital literacy and familiarity with social media tools and online platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksA proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive salary packageOpportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding technology companyHands-on experience in marketing, digital media, and customer engagementA dynamic, youth-driven work environmentTraining, mentorship, and professional development opportunitiesKwelan is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
