We are seeking a detail oriented and deadline driven Management Accountant to join Bridging Gap Solutions (BGS) and support our Finance function. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis, and can work closely with senior finance leadership to deliver accurate and reliable financial information.Role OverviewThe Management Accountant will play a key role in ensuring timely financial reporting, supporting budgeting processes, and tracking business performance. The successful candidate will contribute to generating financial insights that support informed decision making.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management accounts (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow)Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with internal requirementsSupport preparation of annual financial statements in compliance with IFRSAssist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including consolidationConduct variance analysis and support budget monitoringMaintain budget tracking schedules and reporting templatesTrack financial and operational performance indicatorsSupport cost control initiatives and ensure budget adherenceProvide detailed financial analysis and supporting schedulesPrepare reports and commentary for management reviewEnsure data accuracy and consistency across reportsSupport improvements in reporting processes and standardizationAssist in implementing financial controls within reporting processesMinimum RequirementsFull ACCA qualification (mandatory)Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar roleAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelProven ability to prepare full sets of financial statementsStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyAbility to manage multiple deadlines effectivelyKey CompetenciesStrong analytical and numerical skillsHighly organised and structuredStrong follow-through on processes and timelinesGood communication and teamwork skillsProfessional, reliable, and accountable
