Equipment Inspector

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Equipment Inspector to join our team at our cement plant in Lusaka. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, monitoring, and ensuring the proper functioning of plant equipment and machinery.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct routine inspections of batching plant equipment and machineryIdentify faults, defects, and maintenance requirementsEnsure all equipment operates safely and efficientlySupport preventive and corrective maintenance activitiesMaintain accurate inspection and maintenance recordsEnsure compliance with safety and operational standardsQualifications & RequirementsGrade 12 Certificate (minimum requirement)Degree in Mechanical EngineeringProven experience in maintenance of mixing plant equipment or similar machineryStrong technical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperiencePrior experience in equipment inspection or mechanical maintenance is requiredExperience in concrete batching plants or similar industrial environments will be an added advantage
