Job Description

Job PurposeTo manage and control all inventory at the site, ensuring accurate stock records, proper storage, timely issuance of materials, and compliance with company procedures.Key Responsibilities1.     Maintain accurate records of all stock received, issued, and stored at site2.     Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock3.     Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against delivery notes and purchase orders4.     Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials5.     Issue materials to site staff only with approved requisitions6.     Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports7.     Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records8.     Investigate and report any stock variances, damages, or losses9.     Ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures10. Coordinate with procurement, and accounts departments11. Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections12. Ensure site stores are clean, safe, and well organizedQualifications·        Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field·        Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in inventory / stores management·        Experience working on construction project sites is an advantage·        Knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft ExcelSkills and Competencies·        Strong attention to detail·        Good record-keeping skills·        Ability to work independently at site·        Integrity and accountability·        Good communication skills·        Basic accounting knowledge·        Ability to work under pressure If you meet the above qualifications, kindly submit your application letter, detailed curriculum vitae with traceable references and copies of official academic and professional qualifications to hr@sandstoneprojects.com
