This role offers hands-on exposure to production systems and the opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development of backend services and APIsSupport system integrations and testingDebug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issuesParticipate in code reviews and technical discussionsContribute to documentation and continuous system improvementMinimum RequirementsBasic knowledge of programming (e.g. Java, Node.js, Python or similar)Understanding of APIs and databasesFamiliarity with Git or version control toolsStrong problem-solving abilityWillingness to learn and take ownershipWhat You Will GainPractical experience working on real systemsExposure to enterprise and fintech environmentsMentorship and technical guidanceUnderstanding of production-level software development
