Depot Assistant-Supra Animal Nutrition

Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure a safe workplace environment without risk to health.Conduct daily customer follow-ups via phone calls.Drive sales and marketing of Supra Animal Feed products.Attend to customer complaints/problems promptly within stipulated timeframes.Receive payments from customers and issue receipts.Deposit collected funds daily and submit reports to superiors.Enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) to prevent product expiry.Record sales accurately in both manual and FA systems.Monitor market trends and report updates to Regional Sales Representatives.Capture new customer details for effective follow-ups.Maintain regular contact with customers to assess product performance.Report slow-moving products at least three months before expiry to enable proactive planning.Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.Qualifications and ExperienceQualification in Sales and Marketing or related field.Grade 12 school certificate.Minimum of 3 years’ recent and relevant experience in a similar role.Skilled in providing advice to managers/supervisors.Experience in formulating, implementing, and revising effective sales and marketing practices.Knowledge, Skills, and CompetenciesAbility to maintain confidentiality in all matters.Professional approach with strong interpersonal skills.Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.Team-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement.Work EnvironmentTravel Requirements: 90% office-based work, 10% depositing sales.
