Job Description
Accent Innovations Group Limited seeks to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Lead to head its sales function and supervise a team of four (4) Sales and Marketing Executives.The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with strong leadership ability, a solid background in IT products, software solutions, and business development, and a proven track record of driving sales growth. This role requires someone who can lead from the front, build high-performing teams, and develop winning sales and marketing strategies.Position: Sales and Marketing LeadLocation: Lusaka, ZambiaStart Date: ImmediateKey ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and mentor the team of four Sales and Marketing ExecutivesDevelop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growthSet sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure the team delivers resultsIdentify new business opportunities and build strong client relationshipsOversee preparation of proposals, quotations, presentations, and negotiationsGuide the team in marketing the company’s IT products, software solutions, and digital servicesWork closely with technical and management teams to align client solutions with business objectivesMonitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activityPrepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviewsRepresent the company in business meetings, networking events, and client engagementsMinimum RequirementsDegree in Marketing, Business Administration, ICT, Computer Science, or a related field5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in IT, software, or technology solutionsDemonstrated experience in leading and managing sales teamsStrong understanding of software solutions, ICT products, and enterprise technology servicesProven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business portfoliosExcellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and strategic planning abilityAbility to work under pressure and make quick, sound decisionsAdded AdvantageExperience in B2B sales, enterprise software, systems integration, or managed IT servicesExisting network of corporate, government, or institutional clientsValid driver’s licencePersonal AttributesStrong leadership presenceResults-oriented and highly organizedInnovative and proactiveProfessional and confidentExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsHow to ApplyInterested candidates should send their application letter, CV, and relevant qualifications to hello@accentinnovationsgroup.com with the subject line:Application – Sales and Marketing LeadDeadline for applications: 30 April 2026Accent Innovations Group Limited is an equal opportunity employer.
