Job Summary We are looking for a competent Assistant Finance Officer to support financial operations in a manufacturing environment. The role requires strong Excel skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit monthly returnsPrepare and submit annual returnsProcess and submit monthly PAYE returnsAssist with stocktaking and inventory reconciliationMaintain accurate financial recordsSupport preparation of financial reportsAssist with accounts payable and receivable tasksEnsure compliance with statutory and tax requirementsMaintain organized electronic and physical filesRequirementsDiploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 2 years experience in finance or accounting role, preferably in manufacturingStrong knowledge of PAYE and statutory submissionsExcellent, PASCAL, Microsoft Excel skills, formulas, pivot tables, basic analysisStrong computer skills and familiarity with accounting systemsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to meet deadlines and work independentlyGood communication and organizational skillsKey CompetenciesAdvanced Excel proficiencyStrong analytical skillsIntegrity and confidentialityTime managementProblem solving abilityHow to Apply Send your CV and cover letter with the subject "Assistant Finance Officer Application" to the HR Department.
