Field Officer

Job DescriptionField Officer will have the following responsibilities:·   The Field Officer will be reporting to the Community Development Officer.·    Assist the Community Facilitator, Community Development Officer, and the Senior Conservation Officer in preparing annual work meetings, on intervention planning and coordination.·    Build awareness and deliver information to communities over project implementation and interventions both through community meetings and individual visits. ·  Coordinate, execute, monitor and report on community-based activities related to interventions as guided by the supervisors.·   Execute on various data collection efforts as guided by the company.·   Fulfil tasks in the project area as the company may require to achieve its purpose.Job RequirementsPlease only apply if you fulfil the following requirements:·         Experience in community facilitation·        At least 2 years of conservation and agriculture project implementation·        Minimum of a Diploma in agriculture, conservation, development Studies or any related field.
