Job Description
This position reports to a Team Lead
Call Centre Agents are required to meet agreed SLA’s by assisting and retaining customers.
Skills Requirement:
Must have completed Grade 12. A degree is an added advantage
Multi linguistic is an added advantage.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Ability to articulate product/ service benefits effectively.
Persuasiveness
Adapting to changing sales strategies and market conditions.
